McNeese Grad Working with People You Can Trust
Pumpelly Tire Hires Local McNeese Graduate, Dustin Corbello
Pumpelly Tire recently hired Dustin Corbello, a Lake Charles native and 2008 Graduate of McNeese State University, to begin training for sales and management with the 40-year-old company.
Dustin graduated from Barbe High School in 2004 and went on to McNeese to receive a bachelor's degree in Business Management. After graduating from McNeese in 2008, he went to work as a golf operations supervisor at Contraband Bayou Golf Club at L'Auberge du Lac while pursuing a Masters of Business Administration. Between work and school, Dustin still finds time to golf, hunt, fish, and do just about anything else he can get his hands on outdoors.
Ron Fogal, General Manager of Pumpelly Tire Centers, met Dustin through common friends and immediately, an idea struck him, "Dustin seemed like the perfect fit to be a strategic part of enabling us to expand our business - and I wanted him on board."
Dustin hopes to fulfill the company's expectations and much more as he goes through training at each of the three locations. "I hope to make a career with Pumpelly Tire and help the company grow to be the number one tire dealership in the area," Dustin says as he finishes up with inventory at the Ryan Street location. Dustin is expected to finish his Masters at McNeese this spring.
